Hi everyone,I'm looking to buy a duplex as my first rental propertyand really want to rent both unit out while still living at my current apartment, but I just realized that I am going to hit a road bump.

This deal almost died multipule times, with issues regarding third party approval of the short sale, and FHA required repairs in order to close, and each time I hit a road block, and my agent and myself were scratching our heads Upen was there to point us in the right direction. 

I can totally relate,As a fellow Northerner with Mortgage and property taxes it's a pretty steep price to pay.

You could go several months with no costs whatsoever, and then get hit a $3000 air conditioning bill.My question regards how people handle this with capital.
