I don't hire contractors who drive Porsches.

If I hire a contractor to fix it, it will costs $2k-$6k.

If anyone would be willing to contact me and be a virtual mentor for the millions of questions I'm sure I'll have, I would be extremely appreciative!  

They were virtually never used.  

If you do not want to physically look at a property hire someone like a freelance photographer on task rabbit or craigslist or go to http://www.wegolook.com. 

I flip houses and hire out much of the work now.

Always hire licensed, bonded contractors who have liability insurance and workers comp.  

She hired an attorney to stop the proceeding and they filed an appeal with indigent status.Fast forward 20 months and they are still living in the property.

That is why they have been unresponsive.In order to get the ball rolling here, assuming there is a Will leaving everything to the son who is trying to sell the property, the son must hire an Attorney to file the estate for probate, and obtain Letters Testamentary naming the son (if he is so named in the Will) as the representative of the estate.  

I live in FL and work with him virtually and find that it is sufficient.
