Many tenants dont turn it on because it is loud thus after a hot shower they open their bathroom door and the steam goes into the room or closet and gets trapped creating high humidity.

As far as it predicting high on revenue, that's obviously the biggest risk and I'd be concerned about that as well when getting into a new market as a short term rental investor.
