I am in the process of remodelling a 8 unit residential building and I was wondering what would be a good company to buy used Heat Pumps, Furnaces, etcc..

Unit 1: Rents for $825 and than INCLUDES heat and electricity Unit 2: Rents for $550 and INCLUDES heat and electricity Unit 3: Rents for $700 and that only includes heat (electric is on separate meter) So total income is $24,900 - 8% Vacancy = $22,908 annual income.

In general, interest rate tends to move up as real estate prices and the economy are heating up and drops when real estate and the economy are getting soft.

Whether you are trying to keep the heat in (most of the year up here) or out (most of the year in Florida), the better the thermal break of the envelope, the lower your energy costs.

Perhaps the jury is still out on the long-term effects of climate change/global warming but I don't like what I see and states in the Southwest including California do appear to be at great risk in the long-term if the climate continues to heat up.

The home only has window units and the seller does not have the funds to install central heat and air which is the main thing holding this house back.
