I think I couldn't come up with those because in each case, I imagine that if I had no idea of how to value a property, I would have sought competent counsel.

I was given criteria, had no training or experience, and tried to negotiate on price with agents in a 2004 San Diego market that was NOT favorable to buyers.

I'm sure he had the same agrrement with the first agent about the sister-in-law, so they had no offers.

Even confirming the showing the same day as the showing, we had no shows.  

Maybe because my regular job was with the federal government and we really had no ability to change our monthly income. 

Imagine getting a $100,000 fine because your agent rented out there property that you had no idea that happened.

First, I had no interest in owning a home in this area of Atlanta.

I wouldn't sell in this location unless I had no choice...

And maybe GC  capital and his syndication company had no real layoffs .. need someone to run those properties not sure if he manages the props in house or just has staff to manage the PM companies. ?? 

Some other areas, like my market, had no appreciable rent decline from the GR.
