No need to get tangled up with someone who will have access to your pocket book and with whom you could potentially produce another living human being that would require time, energy and money.If you do this one step, you'll already be ahead of 50% of my tenants who got preggers/had kids out of wedlock and are now single parents trying to make it on a GED and a $10/hour retail job.P.S.

The next thing I know I'm looking for possible assets in my search I found Brandon's book Investing in rental property another life-changing book. which lead me here I attended a free seminar and I'm currently in the final process of closing on 2 flat apartment I'm pretty handy but I'm very green when it comes to landlord and just real estate investing, in general, any help is greatly appreciated I look forward to great in-depth conversation with the community  and hopeful new partners and or friends.

So by September 20th, I want these members to have been chosen.I believe David Greene's saying that rockstars know rockstars, so I am hoping to meet team members like contractors and the such from recommendations of my other team members like my property manager.This is a good start I believe and writing it down really clears it up for me.
