They work for the government?

I find it hard to believe that the government is going to charge me $18K a year just for owning my property or give me tax breaks that will supplement that.  

Covenants are always more restrictive than a larger governing body's regulations.

We typically do conventional loans (Fannie/Freddie) and all the government loans

Does anyone know of any government grants that could help with this?

I just had to fill out an additional form that said this house did not receive any government assistance such as section 8.

I had to navigate a closed down government, a world pandemic, children home from schools, wife home from work, and the waiting of this....and waiting to get final attorney bills...it was brutal. 

With all the s***-birds in government, having a good tenant vs high rent bad tenant should be obvious. 

I live in Texas and Austin tried to get that approved but was shot down by the state government.  

Local governments in the Bay Area have governance issues and seem far more likely to go bankrupt.
