As you have likely heard, cheapest may not always be the best route, especially when it comes to contractors.Bone dry is solid, but if I were out of state I would prefer to just have a GC on speed dial who will ensure quality work and hold subs feet to the fire.

If you serve legally, worse case you should have the property back by the end of the month and potentially sooner.If the property is in King County they have their own laws that I am not up to speed on.
