I'm not a paid endorser, btw, but I just think there's good value add and I just hired our contractor through their network so I've benefited from their services. 

Later they started to charge for that service and at one property the costs for the excavation/lateral was $9,000.

Of course you can refi, but you wont be able to do a full cash our with rent covering your mortgage so you can keep rolling the funds to next project. 

This ended up being a great deal and I was able to recover my full investment, while holding onto a great cash-flowing rental.

Hi all,If you move out of a househack and make it into a full rental where in my situation, 2 units are rented out.

I would like to know if this is legit service.

I dont like renting to people that just recieve social service checks as income for 2 reasons.1.

added value by building out a full functional NY style deli/bodega on one side and updating already established laundromat on other side Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
