First, two disclaimers: I'm not a tax professional and I didn't fully understand the nuances of your post, but a few thoughts:- Flipping houses is not equivalent to investing in stocks from a business or tax perspective.

I think a walk through video of the house would be a much better tool to pull in renters/buyers than any possible pics you could take.It gives a much better perspective on the layout and the room sizes.
