Oftentimes, you'd be surprised at how easy it is to just say "no" to their unreasonable requests, and if you stand firm with that, they won't push it much.

If they did that every time you were extended a loan, you stand to make $450...kinda of...but not really after you are gouged with interest.

Because of this, I always brainstorm what would happen if I was dragged in front of the board to account for whatever issue I'm dealing with.In this case, if you were standing before the adjudicator, they would likely ask the tenant to recount what they were told by the technician.

My experience with this and I don't do it anymore was that if the tenants voucher is way less than total rent there is a great chance they will not pay the difference.So if someone is applying and the difference in rent is 25 bucks that is different than 200 or 250.Some people have a great experience with section 8 and others can't stand them.
