If you love hunting/fishing and money, it’s the best state in the USA.

There are lots of golf courses, lakes and rivers (kayaks, fishing) as well as the Ocala National Forest (not a good area to own for rentals in my opinion).

@Daniel Ashman while I am not advising you to buy into a place with a declining population... sometimes it is nice to be a bigger fish in a smaller pond... many 'bigger pockets celebs' have started that way.
