For the right deal in your experiences would a bank be subject not to loan me money on it?

They will be bringing in $15,000 or $20,000 each depending on Partner 3**Partner 3-5 will be paid out each by the LLCs carrying the loan**How would you divide this Partnership so everyone is happy with their roles and involvement??

I've done some with owner financing, I have taken personal loans, and I have paid cash for the property.

The financing options I have seen that make the most sense are Construction to Permanent Loans, but researching all of the different loan options has my head spinning.

Size matters... you have to have a pretty huge sign for people to notice. 3- Ego drives most signage designs, Ie realtors, financial planners and attorneys. 

I've got one LTR property that I'm trying to pay off prior to taking any additional risk in the form of loans.
