I’m not really a financial whiz so hard to say exactly what returns are but we generated 115k in top line revenue last year and with around 50 5 star reviews across both channels are starting to tweak pricing and profitability up.I would love to post a link to the property but not sure that is allowed.Matt 

I own in the North (43612/43608) and feed my family on the income...others focus on South Toledo, the East Side, Maumee...the options are endless. 

I will be using HomeAway and Air BnB as my channels. 

I had thought advertising across the board would bring more bookings, but have read that it's better to have your reviews focused on 1-2 channels. 

It might not eat you alive, but you're going to at least need to continually feed it. 

I have Zillow searches set up on key markets that feed me daily deals to my in-box.  

We'll advertise on local channels like CL, FB, etc. and link to our site. 

Make sure they set you up on an email feed of their REO deals. 

Every time the Government steps in and inserts artificial support for a PRIVATE BUSINESS, they are feeding the beast of BAD actions.
