@Joshua Janus the fear is you’re never really positive that you can ReFi right?

@Scott Johnson I’m certainly not in disagreement, just that fear of the unknown I guess.

I have typically found the only thing in the way is a fear of important or big deal things, so know that helps.

It doesn’t sound like you need them and you may be fearful in moving solo… don’t be… Use 20k from last year’s earnings and a portion of this year’s earnings and go solo.

Rates on the rise, but if the numbers work in your favor don't let fear deter you. figure out if you are doing conventional or fha.

The preliminary title checks typically come back clean (I had fears the first time I participated that many would be tainted), but not always.As the auction nears, the properties I had clean preliminary title checks get removed.I ended up bidding on a single property the last time I went through the process (I think 3 years ago). 

Many people on this forum will spend years, never investing in anything because they can't afford it(fallacy) or fear to take action.So despite the logical appreciation or cashflow discussion, what's more important is what can you do now with what you got?

Smart, buying is easy but selling is actually the hardest part for the fear of missing out further gains.

Just dont let the fear of getting told no prevent you from taking the next step.

I also am a little fearful that the prices of houses are going to creep up in the next 5 months.I apricate any insight everyone can give me.
