It's easier to hold yourself accountable when there's a routine.

All the other fancy words and made up terms are just click bait.

Some just try to fake an answer, but you can tell who is honestly surprised and the  they start talking about their cleaning routines

If you have fancy floors, high end counters and dangling fixtures, it could be a concern (or select tenants carefully). 

My advice:Get a business plan of where you want to be and work backwards to layout the steps needed to get there.Get your systems and tech in place now, so its routine and you can scale with ease. 

I wish we could say we did something "fancy and creative" but honestly, we were blessed and were able to do it simply.
