In the final analysis most of the folks getting LLCs don't need them, they have them either because they have been misled into thinking that they do need them (often by others who are ignorant and have been similarly misled), or they rather foolishly  see them as glamorous vanity accoutrements that will make others think that they are a real "player" in this game.

We also enable investors to track all their offers in a centralized place while we do the heavy lifting of making sure they hear back within 24-48 hours.

I appreciate your feedback and though he may be upset with me about it, I am going to make sure we are braking enough to thoroughly evaluate not just how great the numbers appear initially on a deal but how quickly/does it enable us to get to the next deal! 

RealtyShares was one option that I found interesting but they basically tell you that they are a crowd funding site for middle market institutional players.

I would highly suggested getting to know you local market and players in that market.

I’m not a big player in this game but earned, part-time, an early retirement with the ability to do pretty much anything I want.  

@John Kim I don't know if you will find a 'major player' at the 40k square feet level, maybe if you are in a very urban area. 

Home ready 3% down loan enabled me to put down a reasonable down payment and not have to save up 20%.

Also national players Lima One Capital, Corevest, Visio all lend to LLCs.
