Anyone recommend a contractor for drywall for a good price?

Once I gain a good amount of connections in construction, I could possibly and eventually become my own licensed general contractor.

@Brandon Purdeu I would save myself the hassle and either get out of the contract or work with a local mortgage broker and move into a conventional 5% down loan.

Since my unit is already serviced by road, water, electric, there is no "actual" impact to the county.

In fact, I had to yank the 3rd floor kitchen, pull the 3rd gas meter, and "upgrade" the electrical to two separate service panels instead of 3. 

Imagine you buy a house in cash and you film the entire process, how you talked to the seller, how hard you worked filming the entire process with  asking the contractors how much it will take to to repair the house.

As an architect myself, clearing the red tape and getting through the municipality review process to attain permits and then the contractor complying with the necessary inspections can be time consuming.

You could do all your wood cutting with a hand saw, and sometimes it makes more sense to use a hand saw - maybe there's no electricity, or you have to cut such little wood that setting up the table saw makes no sense.

Many sellers / agents consider the inspection (on your own, with a contractor or by an inspector) as a sign that the person is serious as it is a commitment of time and possibly some money. 

I used to use $30/foot as a decent ballpark figure for renovations, but it seems like renovation costs have gone up quite a bit, $40-50/ft has been the new reality lately, but of course it's tough to put a 'per-foot' number on any particular project because everything is unique.Mobiles on their own land can be flipped, just pay attention to the age, anything before 1976 will pretty much have to be sold on a contract or to a cash buyer.
