@Fabi Bani direct mail letter introducing yourself and follow up phone calls every couple of days until you get to speak to them.

I would really appreciate some direction on the next steps in getting this property under contract.

@Grayson Gist yes, get the license and you will have 5-6% for connecting buyer and seller directly.

so the intermediary has to direct where the proceeds go.

Regardless of the route you are taking, just remember that you still need enough cash reserves to handle the unexpected.

Are you sure that they did not mean that you cannot directly download the information into a mailing list?

This is very frustrating.I plan on evicting her ASAP however, I was unexpectedly taken out of work at the end of july due to pregnancy and had the baby 2.5 weeks ago...my disability got messed up as well!!
