I feel like the gurus selling their programs are all full of it, I know most of them are, and am just wondering does anyone know of a company in their market place doing triple digit flip deals every year? 

I only started in real estate investing this year (I co-own a digital marketing firm as my full-time though it doesn't require full time hours from me at this point).

Any other digital/online marketing aside from the MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow etc would appreciated.Thanks!

Joe Splitrock I park it in performing notes which get double digit returns and I know I can sell them at any point in time to other investors.

I have had some estimates recently in the double digit thousands from the big name companies and just curious how it makes sense for anyone to pay that much.

Call Centers, etc. to assist for remote owners.However, as both Zach & Wendy mention, you'll definitely need boots on the ground in some capacity, as even though you try to make it as automated & remote as possible, there's always going to need to be a physical presence available & around. 

As an IT Pro, I'm much more inclined to automate/digitize rental payments. 

That level of IRR is MARGINAL and I will explain in this post why I think that is not good enough.MOST syndicators are giving away 70% of their equity to their investors because if not, with the marginal deals that they have, their investors will not make double digit returns on their money.I say that THIS practice of being happy with a marginal deal and having to give away a majority of your deal is NOT a good practice at all.Why?
