I have ran the numbers and for me, they check out, obviously I would do more digging if it comes down to actually purchasing this dealSo... my biggest concerns are that I want to get into my first property and if I find an opportunity, like perhaps this one, I don't want to miss it, but the amount of cash on hand is a concern, so I'm kind of stumped. 

Yeah I'll check that out for sure. 

I ask because IMO dressers are by far the hardest thing to shop for that checks all the boxes (quality slides, deep drawers, looks nice) without breaking the bank, which multiplied by several bedrooms can really add up. 

But, it's not all smooth sailing – finding the right properties and managing them can get a bit tricky.If these feel a bit much right now, there are simpler things to check out.

OK, I checked with Max and he says that currently Sunwest is not doing HELOCs, they are doing purchase money mortgages only.

On the other hand, if nobody goes by to check on the property regularly, you may not notice any lease violations.
