I am contemplating on my current project on wether  I should make the current apartment a 3 bedroom but sacrifice the living room space or make it a 2 bedroom with a bigger living room space .

I'm based in Miami, FL and currently rent, though I've been saving up to purchase a home.

They'll let you know if they have a product you currently qualify for, or what you'll need to do to qualify.Anecdotally, I feel like personal residences are very easy to qualify for.

My husband and I, who live in CA,  are deciding on buying an investment property but we are also taking into consideration my mother, who we currently help with rent down in Lake Nona.

I actually am closing on a home currently though it is a primary residence in Wheeling, IL.

I am coming up on completion of the repairs, and am really trying to assemble a game plan on how to go after my next property.Here would be my ask from someone in the community:Would anyone be willing to take a look at my current numbers/situation and give feedback on what some potential next steps could be to go after another property?

A lender I'm currently working with said their underwriting process is taking 60+ days right now and he started me almost 3 months out.

I currently live in my primary residence (2nd SFH). 

For those of you who do, are you happy with your current management, and if so, what are the main things you feel they do to create value for you? 

I am a currently licensed professional engineer and a practicing structural engineer.
