Does S8 allow it and or how does that impact the renter, does their portion also increase? 

Does less frequent lawn care impact your rental rate or cost you bad reviews?

Look into them, analyze them and figure out what is going to have an impact on your bottom line.

Also, with NJ online betting I could only imagine the impact this could have on AC.
