I do sort of feel like I'm making excuses, so maybe you can give me your thoughts as to whether my reasons below for waiting make sense or if I'm just procrastinating.1) I have no idea what I'm doing or where to find deals that make sense.2) I have just started building my cash reserves within the last month, I have no money to work with right now.3) I have way too much bad debt right now and am working towards paying it down over the next year to improve my credit in order to be able to secure financing on properties.I know there are creative ways to finance properties that could be a work around for my lack of cash reserves and the amount of debt I have.

@paul Bowers, Its could be your targeting on the wrong audience, ads creative, and i suggest to place facebook's pixel to track all your visitors so you can be retargeting and later on do a LookAlike audience.Hope that help.
