Of course I know this number will vary and flucuate as life goes on, but as of right now I would only need 14 doors under my control in order to "Retire" :) I would like to get into multifamily investing, but I know at first I may need to start of small.

Garage is a place to park cars , it is not a climate controlled area for storing furniture .

You will also have lots of practice and be more confident in your analysis.

She can practice traditional and non-traditional medicine. 

I would concentrate on your practice..  

If they don't have "controller" title, doesn't automatically rule them out.
