Office Max for an ink cartridge that actually WORKED, the post office to pick up a package, some crap gas station to pay a crap sum for crap overpriced food, hours jawing on my phone with more people than I care to remember, listening to a client demand last minute changes to showings that took forever to set up......just another day that started at 5:30 am and still hasn't ended.Then I heard a screech and a thud.

The electric meter was bypassed so that the power company would not notice the huge amount of power being consumed by the growing lights.Anyway, they had broken a hole through the basement concrete foundation near the electric meter.

Of course, stay in the habit of paying the balance in full monthly and don't give in to buying consumer items you can't afford to pay with cash.Also, I'd stay away from department store cards as time and time again different "experts" have said that creditors can frown upon that.

Now, in the back of my mind I am thinking..Hum...I put in about 5k in supplies over the last 3 years and about 100hrs of labor to keep this thing maintained to the highest standards, and I pay 1/2 the taxes every year, and you want to keep it forever??
