You need to build a great team of people. 

I believe that you need to teach people how to treat you and I already made the mistake of texting with them initially and now am paying the price by having to respond to texts via email.

This is a great place to grow your network and business.Plenty of helpful information and great people. 

Investing in real estate with your own money and from a position of financial strength is, I believe, a far more rewarding experience than leveraging other people's money and being dependent on a positive outcome to keep you afloat.

You can meet flippers at meetups or try to obtain a list of people who have purchased houses for cash in your markets, then call them and see if they are interested in more.

It's great in terms of location, but the main issue that I have is that there is no public trashcan for the bus stop.This means that people are constantly littering around my property, and I am forced to pick up all of their trash.

Problem solved.Moral of the story, regardless of neighborhoods, empty homes draw attention and there are a lot of people looking for shelter.
