As for 2 bedrooms versus 3 bedrooms, more is usually better in both types of properties, but again, you more concerned about what you can rent it for.

I would recommend handing off the day to day to someone else4) depends on how you fund the first property5) USA... 6) My biggest concern is appetite to put more rent controls in place and/or tying rent to the unit, not to the tenant, but these concerns are provincially legislated (not federally).

I'm concerned about what tech support we might need to provide, what issues others have faced, and if this service would be a differentiating factor for tenants. 

I'd be as concerned if not more than you are with all these moratoriums going on.  

But it is also a little concerning that Austin is become so much less affordable for not just home owners but also for renters.

So the stock market correlation is truly a guess on my part and not backed on experience or numbers.What actually concerns me the most is the banks.

Also, I have concerns about contractors having the time to quickly get the new place rentable.
