It's a fairly common issue and thus a normal part of title work. 

I agree with Scott Mac that your interior has to be up to the standard of the others to demand common rent. 

There will also be common electric areas (hallways, outside lights) that will be in your name that may need deposits to put into your name. 

It turns out the only common/shared area of the house that I don't have an addendum for is their bathroom! 

Your best option is seller financing if you can get it but bear in mind that it's not common.
