What makes the property unique is that there is a separate 6-car garage in which all of the garages are currently rented out (not to the tenants) for an additional monthly income of $725.

I hear some people are successful posting in local real estate facebook groups, using facebook ads, calling mortgage brokers to see if they have any clients they couldn't qualify, even flyers or direct mail sent to nearby apartments.Typically you will get a LOT of calls/emails, most of them won't qualify, but some will, in fact probably more than you have houses!

As a buyer's agent I like having the knowledge that my client actually can get approved for the amount of money they have been told they qualify for.For commercial loans my clients use local banks live AVID Bank in Palo Alto or Comerica.For residential loans I like Bank of America right now.
