Probably for a long time that you were in another city, you gathered a lot of things that will need to be transported when moving.

Just be prepared to pay a bit more than in the surrounding cities. 

Does anyone know a good snow removal company in twin cities area ?

This implies that at least in those two cities it can only be used for a house hack.
