I have done over 600 of them in the last 4 years... you can ping me if you wish.. its better to get good conservative notes that are not problem child's and get them right away.. instead of taking a year to find the exact one.. other investors have already cashed in on one year of payments.  

I always say you can read every bit of information in the world about cars and driving but until you get in, grab the wheel, and put your foot on the gas is when you learn how to drive.

I am a new member from Houston trying to find my footing in real estate investing.

Likely a Child or Grandchild ?

Now we desire to put our foot on the gas and accelerate to financial freedom through RE.My question is I have thought about getting a RE license to get more in the field of RE, utilize the commissions to save faster, network, etc.

We are asking anyone with experience in Canada or Saskatchewan to maybe help us out with some info.We just got an 8000 square foot property with an empty lot beside it on contract.

That is as easy as finding Big Foot or the Loch Ness Monster.

Those months are already poor for getting vacancies filled due to school being in session.However, if you're renting 2 bed or studios, and there's not a child in sight, then it's usually just the weather causing a slow down in tenant placement.  

It comes in 4 foot wide rolls and is a grey sort of felt like material.   

He's has a very nice vinyl plank that comes in assorted colors and is comparable to the TrafficMaster Allure Vinyl Flooring.... and wait for it... it's $2 a square foot installed (assuming your subfloor isn't a hot mess...)Good luck!
