A cheap motel room with 2 beds is $400/week. 

“Effective April 1, 2019, a new NY State law requires all NEW or REPLACEMENT smoke detectors in New York State to be powered by a 10-year, sealed, non-removable battery, or hardwired to the home.”...so I can't do the cheap $4 ones.But yeah I'll try to buy in bulk..And hope to use them all up before the 10-year life runs out!

I'm not looking to flip, i want to build for rent but really dont like buying a $60k lot when the buyer just picked it up for $15k 60 days ago....how are people sourcing these super cheap lots?

I use laminate wood flooring which is cheap and looks great!

Screening is too important to go cheap on!

Is  there any cheap idea (besides of putting a gate) that can stop a car of rolling into the driveway? 

The upper bathroom will need to be retiled (probably with cheap subway tiles), new toilets, sinks, and potentially getting rid of the old school tub, and having a shower kit and new lighting.  

There were a few family-owned ones that had been in business for decades, that went out of business.Real estate-wise, we also had a lot of OOT investors snatching up distressed properties on the cheap. 

I feel like that is pretty cheap to have an attorney represent me.
