Jump in, be consistent and do not give up on REI because it will give you a ton of long lasting financial rewards!

But of course you can do it any way that feels comfortable and fair to all the parties involved.If it's a situation where everyone is just putting in money and you are hiring out the work, then it would make sense to have the payout percentages the same as the way the money went into the project...but weight the percentages to reward whoever is doing the management, because someone has to...

They eliminated a rewards program I liked.

The earlier (BRRRR) you get in, the more risk (repairs can run high, market can go down before you refi) but the more reward (you aren’t paying profit to the rehab company).

While you took it as a negative, I was attempting to present it as "It's more than possible and rewarding," with risk mitigation.

What is your risk reward tolerance or headache tolerance?  

To me growing (getting out of our comfort zones) is the most exciting and rewarding things anyone can encounter in life.

We would not fix and flip b/c the reward would not equal the work it would take.
