If she is insistent on the changes though, you can do one of two things. 1) She can split the cost on mutually agreed items with you. 2) items you don’t agree to split but agree can be changed, she can pay for herself, but the changes will remain after she leaves, and any negative changes or repairs that need to come from her changes will be taken out of her damage deposit.

Change the code remotely if possible from one tenant to the next keypad lock or lockbox.

I bought a long pole to change the garage ones in my car port area myself,  but the light above my upstairs neighbors door has been out for 6 months.  

Then follow up in a month and see if their numbers have changed.

income, revenue to the state/county, these properties are less likely to be eye sores and can/will help drive up property values for neighbors (catch 22 here)...etc.i live in rural area on Maui and have seen my share of legal and illegal VRs pop up...i don't really have a dog in this fight either way, but would probably like to dabble in this market as well should the rules/laws change...right now the process here on Maui is just too cumbersome (probably that way to make it unattractive) to become a legal VR property.I do wish you luck and ask that you post back with your findings/results for the other Hawaii folks!

Such plan is established with a 401k trust holding plan assets, it can own real estate, have a checking account, brokerage account, etc.5) If the sponsoring business type changes you don't need a new Solo 401k plan, you can simply amend the existing plan to reflect the change of the plan sponsor.Hope this helps!

There's some benefit there in that I can always change my mind about selling if I'm not able to get the asking price I want, so I can retune the analysis with new data if I find bids coming in too low.
