With the LLC you can have different bank accounts, credit cards, etc.

If you have credit card debt pay that off before doing anything because it will be a guaranteed return that is probably higher than what you can get in RE. 

When I graduated from medical school in 2015, I did not have any credit card debt.

If you were to be working two jobs you could pay off your credit card and IRS debts faster.
