We recently moved a property into our LLC from a business partners personal loan.

The first thing you need to do is learn how to handle it like a business and not take it as a personal attack.

The plan is to sell once completed.I have a GC, and a lot identified.Would anyone have recommendations for lenders?

I would reach out to a lender or local bank to get a plan together.

Hi Robin,I do a fair bit of business as a lender in South Carolina; a lot of short-term rental investors tend to focus on the Charleston & Myrtle Beach areas, but if you are looking for properties that are still reasonably priced and don't mind some renovations, Columbia can be a great choice 

Wholeselling this would be amazing, but even better would be to get an assignment fee and become,   Current Offer Plan: Plan to offer 3 flavors.

You don't have to complicate things by going to SA, unless there is just some crazy compelling reason, like you plan to move there soon.
