If you aren't prepared to deal with very basic things you should re-evaluate your situation and work to get prepared or hire a PM.

It is a totally different market in many instances with regard to how you do business there but it's worth a hard look in my opinion if you're serious about SFR.

You also need to create a clear, concise business plan to share with sponsors.Linkedin is a good platform to look for real estate investors.
