You might have to ask around or guess insurance costs, or you could call a insurance company and tell them you're just trying to get a basic idea for research (so they understand that you don't need a full-on quote).

Now as we continue to grow it seems like word of mouth is brinign in about as much potential deals, obviously best if we can find earlier but since we have full time jobs the drive for dollars or Direct Mail Marketing not in our wheelhouse yet.

They normally just have a tax preparer (which is basically just inputing the information). 85% of accountants just prepare taxes and don't actually find unique loop holes and ways to reduce the investors taxable income.
