Not sure if Illinois is much different, but here in Virginia the pre-license class is all about how to stay out of trouble whilst transacting real estate and the school I attended had a corresponding CD/web-app that was called "Test Taker" that would randomly generate practice questions to quiz yourself in preparation for the state and federal exams.

While that isn't always easy, in real estate operations and dealings, it is easy......just understand, it's not easy.Find your buyers first, then you could go through lists, mail for interest in selling, if they are, match what they have to your customer's needs, if you have a hit, go talk to them, if they don't meet buyer's needs, put them in a slot for future contacts when you find a buyer interested in that type of property.

If it needs to be more discreet, you can find analog (https://goo.gl/DLQwFZ) or digital (http://a.co/gJbePoa) ones through a web search.Since I plan to hold really long term, the hassle and labor to install is large, and I don't have to have to coordinate with tenants around utility-related work in the future, I buy the most durable meters I can find in hopes I don't need to touch them again.

I require the same rental agreement be agreed to on VRBO, AirBNB, and my web site bookings, so I had to update your wording a little bit to refer to OTAs.
