Wondering if you have any particular online companies you recommend that checks evictions, credit reports, collects rents, provides a lease, etc... all in one place. what are some of the pros and cons you have experienced with each company. thanks

@Austin Styer along with @Wale Lawal's comments, I would focus on flipping a home that will end up in the median price range for a neighborhood, and not creating the Trophy home for a community.

We were still figuring out the best way for the renter to pay their monthly rent for the first two months.
