It looks like it will happen but we won't know the final details until it does so all this talk is really just bit of fun conjecture and, from my view, a little bit of hope that everybody has the same access to investments.

Hopefully soon someone will chime in that can offer us some further detail, and help!

As long as adequate thought is put forth, any question is game...Bird's eye view here - I would find out how long he/she has owned some of these properties.

I ran a search and couldn't find anything in greater detail about earnest money refunds.My current situation:I am in cancelling a home purchase due to all items on the amendment purchase agreement not being met.

I rented houses and apartments while I was in college and for the first three years of living in KC, so I know how it works from the tenant's point of view. 

Tenants have to do the Application, financial details, lease agreement, check in / Check out sheet etc. good to have something in writing when taking over new property that is currently occupied.
