Maybe, but it would require a lot more searching, work, and probably some compromises, etc.In other words, yes, but you should run the numbers to understand your expected payment in the end.  

Once you feel you have a comfort level of understanding then begin but, don't be afraid of making mistakes just make sure they are manageable.

I don't think anybody truly understands how the scoring works and depending on the company, you can see a difference of 100 points between the three scoring agencies (personal experience).
