I called the same plumbing company and the Plumber said there was a break 15 feet under the foundation, this was on a Friday and told the plumber I was out of town till Monday and I wanted him to show me the break on the scope.

we just listed one on friday and had 3 showings for friday and saturday. it was listed for $1100. 2 more showings sunday and 1 more monday.we love getting the feedback and are so glad agents DO seem to provide feedback. they have all said the "price is right". depends on the weather, level of updates, etc, etc..
