I think it's definitely worth asking for something toward the HVAC, but if they refuse, it's really not going to change much in the grand scheme of things.FWIW, I used to live in Marietta and had good experiences with Reliable Heating and Air.

Lessons learned - If there are window air conditioner units in an eight year old house with central air then your evaporator coil is full of cat/dog hair and your compressor is bad.

HI there guys.I'm looking at a 1803 sqft house with 3/2 from 1979Need new roof and Air condition unit, and doing full rehab insideBut how do I know what's the right prize to list after i'm done I know you need to check out the comps in the neighborhood from last 6 months.My realtor send me this email with comps in the neighborhood. but there some much difference between them in prize. this what she send me. must say house i'm looking at has more sqft then almost all of them, but also is the olderst from all of them.

Sorry if I sold it right now after all fee's I'd be up about 5 to 7 thousand. but if i waited till next spring I could probably get more.The penalty will be somewhere in the range of 3000$ if I wanted to get out of it aswell.
