I think it's definitely worth asking for something toward the HVAC, but if they refuse, it's really not going to change much in the grand scheme of things.FWIW, I used to live in Marietta and had good experiences with Reliable Heating and Air. 

The air is probably just stagnant, open the windows.

Taxes are typically paid in the spring for the prior year.  

Lessons learned - If there are window air conditioner units in an eight year old house with central air then your evaporator coil is full of cat/dog hair and your compressor is bad.

If you property has Central Air and Heat, go in and change the air filters once a month.

You will be best getting your stuff on the market in the spring as that tends to be the best market for selling during the year.

I was a "dorm rat" single guy in the Air Force and heard how bad base housing was where I was at in Germany.  

Sorry if I sold it right now after all fee's I'd be up about 5 to 7 thousand. but if i waited till next spring I could probably get more.The penalty will be somewhere in the range of 3000$ if I wanted to get out of it aswell.
