I’m now in need of a solid lease agreement as I’m about to start taking applications for tenants.I’ve found a few that look solid but I’m not sure what to trust that I find online and I want to make sure the lease is as strong as possible.Any advice or help or available and reliable templates would be greatly appreciated Thank you!

I have been looking up all day trying to find resources online that I could copy and I'm struggling to do so. 1.

- fast account creation for LLC/EIN accounts- creative financing options - robust online banking tools- friendly- cheap wire transfersSame question, but for umbrella REI/renter’s insurance providers.

I'd care for their reputation instead.

RE investing is very time consuming looking up properties online, going to view them and their neighborhoods, having the inspections (often times many different inspections) done, finding a good realtor that is familiar with investment property, finding a bank to work with, getting all the needed paperwork to the bank, finding insurance agents, finding a good property manager, etc.

But my rates are very high on BDC because there's no way to collect a deposit online from guests (and I'm not going to ask for cash in hand like BDC recommends). 

Online and by one in one How did you finance this deal?

post/code the deposits and expenses (loaded comment) Without even yet talking about expenses, just Deposits for example: Quick book takes time if you invoice and let renters pay you online.

I'm seeking a reputable property manager who knows what renters are looking for, rental rates, etc for this area.
