Regional or national investor?

Even if it just allows me to pursue a career I find more enjoyable at the sacrifice of a corporate salary, it'll be a huge win for my long-term quality-of-life. 

@Brandon Reed I emailed the corporate formation attorney's information to you just a few minutes ago. 

For example, Shell has announced they are moving their corporate headquarters from Downtown to the Energy Corridor.

You WILL NOT get 7% in an A class or up-and-coming that is approaching A class neighborhood...in any national comparable market.

Plus, because use you have already expressed that you can't remote work (PS y'all its something you should earn from a corporation due to increased trust) that I'm a rare commodity who understands why you just can't get what you want, so when you say no, I will just thank you for reading my hairbrained amazing suggestion.  

I never see/hear anyone talking about leveraging corporate credit to buy real estate.  

@Chad Reed what you are running into sounds like a "national" bank.  

(They all have a deal sheet, title, insurance but some also want a survey and or a home inspection)19) What corporation docs do you require?
