Saw you post from last year - I know of a very upscale Bed & Breakfast that is expanding, due its' demand for accommodation, expanding restaurant hours and it being a number one draw for wedding venues and mansion buyouts. 

A lot of young people are coming to the area because it's experiencing a revival and a lot of restaurants/bars/shops are opening.
