I am new to RE investing.

I have always been interested in real estate and houses in general.

I’ve been in the real estate business for almost three years now and have completed five deals: one buy-and-hold long-term rental, one short-term rental, and three fix-and-flip projects, for which I helped raise capital.

I have a few properties in Durham which I obtained as a 1031 in 2022 or so, and they are currently not really cash flowing.

I have found a couple but they want me to insure my primary as well as the rental.

My family and I are paying to own 32 acres of land in the St.

I ended up taking my short-term rental off line anyway because I moved into the unit.

Could I instead opt for them to pay the $15000 via check?

.: I'm not aware of any requirement for this.I do provide an application because it has a lot of information necessary for tracking the individual: social security number, driver license number, previous addresses, etc.When you take over an existing renter, I recommend you figure out how to get the entire file from the former manager/landlord.
