What are you guys currently doing to target Off Market homes, and what has been most successful for you?

I'm wondering if anyone plans on going a day or two early and wants to meet up?

My question is....Is it worth it to setup a second platform like VRBO or another platform that Google partners with so I can get the exposure via Google maps search? 

Also id love to hear from you whats not working or what your struggling with .For me, hiring a few Vas to cold call has been paying off, text messaging is doing decent.
